hey Amy,
drop me a line to regular email and we'll try to figure the details on Robert. Although I was acquainted with him, he was a very close friend of several of mine .... happy holidays.
Conversations at the front door every weekend. "Great band tonight, 3 dollar cover".
After the Red Hot Chilli Peppers played the KHI: "I told those boys no funney stuff in my club".
i once knew a robert dixon, was wondering if this robert dixon is the person i knew. how can i find out something more about him? please send info...thanks for your help.
I have fond memories of playin' music with, traveling to UVA to play gigs, learning tunes together with Wade Mathias and George Newsome, Alan and myself down below in his Dad's "Bomb Shelter"....but most of all...Alan's great smile and sense of humour! I could have listened to Alan sing and play the crazy beat to Todd Rundgren's "It Really Wouldn't Have Made Any Difference" all night long. A sweet and dear friend Alan was and will be missed forever in my heart!
Sammy, you were the first bass player that I ever took a lesson from...and the last! I can remember asking you to play Roundabout by Yes for me and being blown away by the clarity of your playing. I will never forget it!
Are you the Jenny that hung out with Pam Courtney?
I wanted so bad to look you up after all these years and talk about all the crazy times we had. You were awesome at everything you did and such an amazing listener. I think you had the biggest groupies of all at the 4400 club when you were with The Nerve. You will be so missed Sammy!
I often think of the good times in that summer of '82- You are missed Andy.

I have a bunch of rap songs Andy wrote somewhere. He was a big fan of Too Short.
I'll be at the event.
there are people that we meet, that cannot be described, people that we meet that open up our eyes, a girl you see fall from the lattice of the night, a girl that dropped into my life, and left a scar upon my soul.
Your #1 in my all time coolest girls list.
